Job summary

Canna Cabana is seeking Part-Time Sales Associates who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, and mature to join our Toronto team.

Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and maintain product knowledge while assisting with inventory and promotions. Must have CannSell certification and a clean background check; ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and multiple locations is required.

Qualifications

• CannSell license must be provided.
• Clean background check prior to start date.
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Knowledge and passion for cannabis and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services.
• Maintain product and service knowledge.
• Manage stock and inventory levels.
• Participate in merchandising and promotions.
• Ensure store standards and safety compliance.
• Adapt communication to diverse customers.
• Handle customer issues and resolutions professionally.
• Assist with displays and store maintenance.
• Support sales goals with management and team.
