TAPP Workforce Solutions Inc. is hiring Production Labourers for an afternoon shift with a licensed cannabis producer. No experience or education is required; you will receive full on-the-job training. This onsite role in Kelowna offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with weekends free and benefits included.

You will participate in packaging, weighing, and labeling, and you will learn every step from experienced team members in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• No previous experience or education is required.
• A quick learner who is eager to be trained and pick up new tasks.
• Comfort standing and walking throughout your shift and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• A detail-oriented approach and care for doing tasks accurately.
• A team player who is willing to pitch in and support others to meet shared goals.
• Must be at least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have WHMIS training prior to your start date.
• For safety and product standards, no acrylic nails, rings, or jewelry are permitted on shift, and any piercings that cannot be removed must be taped.

Compensation & Work Model

$20.00 per hour.

Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Location & Travel

Onsite at the employer's production facility. Location details will be confirmed during the screening process. No travel required.
