Job summary

TAPP Workforce Solutions Inc. is hiring Production Labourers for one of Canada’s largest licensed cannabis producers.

This entry-level role starts at $20.00 per hour, includes health and dental coverage, paid training, and on-site, full-time hours with day, evening and overnight shifts. You’ll weigh, package and label finished cannabis products, keep batch records and documentation, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Qualifications

• No previous experience or education required.
• A quick learner who is happy to be trained on new processes and equipment.
• Comfortable standing, walking and lifting up to 40 lbs during your shift.
• Detail-oriented and careful with weights, counts and labels.
• A team player who pitches in to help others meet shared goals.
• At least 19 years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Able to pass a background check.
• WHMIS training completed before your start date.
• Able to work without acrylic nails, rings or jewelry on shift, with any non-removable piercings taped.

Available Shifts

• 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Thursday
• Monday to Thursday shift ending at 2 AM
• 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday
• 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday
• 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday

Location & Travel

This role is fully onsite at a licensed production facility. The exact location will be shared during the screening process. No travel required.
