This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the design, governance, and evolution of benefit programs that support thousands of employees across unionized, non-unionized, and retiree populations.
As a key member of the team, you will leverage data, market insights, and industry best practices to drive innovative benefits strategies that enhance employee wellbeing, support business objectives, and ensure long-term program sustainability. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help shape the future direction of our Canadian benefits programs.
This role is ideal for a benefits professional with experience in benefits strategy, program design, vendor management, and analytics who is looking to expand their impact and grow toward a future leadership opportunity.
