Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales or account management experience in consumer goods or retail.
• Experience managing national retail accounts and major partners.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth while achieving margin targets.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and promotional investments.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with major national retailers and specialty partners.
• Lead annual account planning, sales forecasting, and promotional planning with key partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and improve product placement.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, promotions, and merchandising with retail partners.
