• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Rates Trading, Treasury or CAD FX.
• Strong knowledge of swaps, forwards, government bonds and derivatives.
• Proven ability to manage risk, price markets and execute trades quickly.
• Solid understanding of market structure and global rates linkage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global sales to execute trading activities and share market knowledge.
• Perform trading in compliance with regulations and ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Assign accounts to pre-defined models and manage trades per product guidelines.
• Operate as a market maker in line with trading strategies and risk parameters.
