Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a strategic PR Manager to lead Canada PR, media and influencer strategy. You’ll develop and execute initiatives that strengthen brand desirability, generate earned media and creator coverage, and drive awareness across channels.

You’ll cultivate relationships with Canada’s leading beauty editors, influencers, creators, agents and talent managers, ensuring Benefit Cosmetics remains relevant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public relations experience required.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Established relationships with Canadian beauty editors, journalists, influencers, creators, talent managers and agencies.
• Organized multi-tasker with a track record of delivering results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills to measure coverage, engagement and campaigns.
• Agency experience is an asset.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Canadian PR, media and influencer strategy and calendar with Marketing Director.
• Collaborate with U.S. and Global teams to localize programs and measure performance.
• Oversee PR planning and execution for product launches and brand storytelling.
• Support Bold is Beautiful program and charity partners.
• Develop press materials and key messages in Benefit’s voice.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for the brand.
