Vasanti Cosmetics Inc in North York, Ontario, is hiring a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator for a 12-month maternity leave contract, with a 4–5 day in-office schedule. The role covers social media, creator/influencer partnerships, and PR agency coordination, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years experience in social media or PR, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Instagram/Facebook management, creator outreach, and content briefs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing or PR, ideally in beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
• Hands-on experience managing a brand's Instagram and Facebook, including scheduling tools and community management.
• Direct experience working with creators or influencers: outreach, negotiating rates and deliverables, writing briefs and giving feedback.
• Comfortable following up with external partners and holding them to timelines.
• Very strong organization: you keep trackers current and can run several campaigns, send-outs and deadlines at once.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including professional email negotiation.
• Comfortable reading social and creator performance data and turning it into recommendations.
• Ability to work in our North York office 4–5 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Social media management across channels: schedule posts, stay on brand, and respond to community feedback.
• Lead creator and influencer partnerships: outreach, contracts, briefs, feedback, gifting, tracking and payments.
• Coordinate with our PR agency: regular check-ins, track initiatives, manage product logistics and event support.
