Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years elevator industry experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft-based software; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and technical direction to Modernization employees and field operations staff, including support for large bids.
• Analyze office-level financial results, identify variances and drivers, report and support findings with corrective actions.
• Monitor field tests as well as first inspection and data reports.
• Collaborate with field teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues and critical customer concerns, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze complaint trends and implement solutions to address systemic issues and enforce adherence to estimated schedules.
• Champion operational excellence through process accountability across the Modernization field Operations team within the Operating Area.
• Develop and communicate recommendations for product designs and performance requirements.
• Responsible for the quality of all modernizations in the Operating Area.
