Modern Niagara seeks an Operations Manager, Electrical in Canada to lead the full operational, financial, and people performance of the Electrical division, driving safe, high‑quality, and profitable project execution across office and field teams.

The role shapes strategic planning, develops top talent with individualized development plans, and builds strong client relationships while advancing the One Modern operating model to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years in the construction industry with a focus on electrical construction management of large scale commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to develop high performing teams.
• Financial management skills including P&L oversight, forecasting, budgeting, and cash‑flow oversight.

Responsibilities

• Champions a culture where core values are clearly communicated and embedded in internal and external interactions.
• Leads the One Modern operating model to promote alignment and accountability across divisions.
• Coaches and develops direct reports to build high‑performing teams with IDPs and succession planning.
• Ensures project delivery is safe, high quality, and on budget while maintaining client satisfaction.
