Job summary

ClearScore in Canada is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to own the Canadian Marketplace strategy, revenue targets, and partner relationships with banks, financial institutions and fintechs. You’ll turn data-driven insights into action and shape initiatives from conception to in-market delivery.

You’ll work with product, CRM, analytics and tech, lead a Commercial Executive, and report to the Head of Canada.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a commercially focused role.
• Strong analytical skills and data curiosity.
• Proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills; presenting to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy for the Canadian Marketplace, from direction to revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with major bank, FI and fintech partners to maximize reach and performance.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements with partners to share value created.
• Use data to monitor marketplace performance, forecast value of initiatives.
• Partner with Product, CRM, Analytics and Tech to prioritise initiatives driving outcomes.
• Manage one Commercial Executive to support marketplace operations.
