Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Ottawa (Canada) is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide and inspire the retail team toward delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets. You will drive visual merchandising, operational excellence, and a vibrant shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on developing the team, coaching and mentoring, and maintaining high store standards while representing the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm.

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
