Job summary

Mountain Warehouse Canada in Thunder Bay invites applications for a Team Leader to guide our retail team at Intercity Shopping Centre. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll lead visual merchandising, stock control, and store operations, while maintaining health and safety standards and building a welcoming shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike.
