Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Vancouver is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire the retail team to exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming store experience.

You will drive visual merchandising, maintain store standards, and lead daily operations, including opening and closing duties, while mentoring staff to achieve growth and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in all areas of retail, from stock control to visual merchandising.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and store standards.
