Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Business Operations eCommerce, supports the execution of strategies to enhance eCommerce operations. Responsibilities include data analysis, strategy implementation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

What you'll do

The Senior Analyst, eComm Supply Chain, will be responsible for driving the performance of Seller support and resolving all Seller Platform issues proactively and reactively. The individual will ensure Seller Support SLAs are met and set appropriate expectations for sellers based on the issues. They will establish SOPs to optimize people, processes, and policies, driving operational excellence throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to enhance customer and seller experience on the platform
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and implement improvements aligned with business objectives
• Lead and support change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices
• Establish clear SOPs and documentation with Seller Support and Engineering regarding processes and SLAs, and drive Seller Experience improvements
• Engage regularly with Sellers and the Account Management team to understand pain points and proactively improve platform offerings
• Implement and manage operational excellence initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field, with 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Strategy, preferably in eCommerce
• Bias for action, highly organized, with a passion for solving customer problems
• Strong business analysis skills, including issue understanding, requirements gathering, and solution creation
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills
