Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Meadowvale, Ontario is seeking Remodel Hosts to guide customers through relocated areas during store remodels. You will actively approach shoppers and help them find items moved to new locations, while staying informed about areas under construction.

• Support the ongoing remodel activities by providing customers with guidance to find items that have been moved to a new location in the store.
• Support the ongoing remodel activities by being aware of which areas are under construction, and speaking knowledgably with customers about the ongoing changes.
• Maintains up to date knowledge about Company policies, guidelines and processes regarding the handling of damaged and recalled merchandises and ensures all New Store Programs and systems are implemented and followed on a continuous basis.
• Assist with returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk back to their assigned departments
