Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking an Overnight Remodel Associate to join the team and work with the Overnight Remodel Manager. You will help establish standards in newly renovated departments, complete modulars, and ensure high-ticket merchandise is secured while maintaining the clearance zone.

The role includes building counters per prints, loading fixtures, stocking General Merchandise through Fresh departments, and following cold chain guidelines to assure quality.

• Age - 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location.
• Sets mods by printing mod sheets/labels, cleaning counters, installing ESL (where required), installing DSM, and linking mods to DSM labels (where required).
• Stocks a variety of departments including General Merchandise, Fashion, Consumables, Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Fresh Departments.
• Follows guidelines for cold chain compliance to ensure quality assurance.
• Assists in Shrink prevention by scanning all damaged and stolen merchandise in a timely manner.
• Build new counters using kit sheets provided by the Warehouse Associates as per the print provided by the Lead Specialist.
• Move counters using the appropriate equipment.
• Merchandise endcaps, action alley, and side counters in accordance with accepted standards.
• May occasionally working in construction areas, and require steel toes and a hard hat.
• Load and unload fixtures onto trucks.

Position Summary... An overnight remodel associate works with the Overnight Remodel Manager to establish standards in newly renovated departments.
