Job summary

Walmart Canada in Temiskaming Shores, ON, is looking for Remodel Hosts to guide customers through relocated sections and help them find items moved to new locations.

You will deliver friendly service, stay informed about store policies, assist with ongoing remodel activities, monitor areas under construction, and process returns at the courtesy desk when needed. The role requires good communication, the ability to handle busy conditions, and a commitment to safety.

• Support the ongoing remodel activities by providing customers with guidance to find items that have been moved to a new location in the store.
• Support the ongoing remodel activities by being aware of which areas are under construction, and speaking knowledgably with customers about the ongoing changes.
• Maintains up to date knowledge about Company policies, guidelines and processes regarding the handling of damaged and recalled merchandises and ensures all New Store Programs and systems are implemented and followed on a continuous basis.
• Assist with returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk back to their assigned departments

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
