Position Summary: The Pharmacy Assistant supports the Pharmacist in prescription filling and administrative tasks to enhance patient care. They participate in all pharmacy operations and deliver excellent customer service.

What You'll Do:

1. Receive prescriptions, verify completeness, and assess for regulatory compliance.
2. Perform computer functions such as data entry, price checks, and updating patient information.
3. Assist in filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, including product selection, accuracy checks, labeling, and organization.
4. Maintain inventory, check for expired medications, manage stock levels, and handle pharmacy orders.
5. Keep the dispensary clean and organized, and maintain equipment and work environment safety.
6. Organize clerical tasks like filing prescriptions and reports, and support administrative functions.
7. Assist with OTC operations, ordering, stocking, and cashier duties as assigned.
