• Documents and labels all orders correctly, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimizes tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service support.
• Adheres to safety and hygiene standards, maintains a clean work area, and operates equipment responsibly.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational changes and demonstrating flexibility in work assignments.
