What You'll Do

• Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with care to achieve “On Time” delivery.
• Packs orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
• Ensures picked products are of the highest quality, free from damage and selecting the freshest options.
• Documents and labels all orders accurately, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimizes tote fill, packing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and support, resolving issues as needed.
• Adheres to safety and food hygiene standards, maintains a clean work area, and operates material handling equipment responsibly.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting operational changes and demonstrating flexibility in work assignments.

Minimum Qualifications

Age – 16 or older.
