Position Summary

What You'll Do
  1. Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  2. Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities, and accurate product codes.
  3. Ensures that all products picked are of the highest quality, free from damage and with the freshest selection.
  4. Accurately documents and labels all orders, interpreting and understanding documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  5. Optimizes tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service, supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Maintains strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including keeping work areas clean, cleaning spills immediately, and ensuring totes are debris-free before packing. Operates material handling equipment safely, completing pre-use safety checks, and demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
  8. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, and quality improvements. Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments to meet customer requests and delivery schedules.
