Position Summary...

Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada offers an excellent opportunity to develop retail industry skills. What you'll do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones, ensuring timely delivery with quality considerations.
2. Pack orders carefully, distinguishing between similar products, and ensuring correct quantities and labeling.
3. Ensure all products are of high quality, undamaged, and fresh.
4. Accurately document and label orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize packing space while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance order fulfillment with customer service, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Maintain safety and hygiene standards, operate equipment responsibly, and keep work areas clean.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggest operational changes, and adapt to work assignments to meet daily schedules.

Additional responsibilities include receiving and organizing online purchased merchandise, responding to customer notifications, assisting with loading, verifying purchases, answering calls, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 18kg (40lbs.), bending, twisting, and repetitive hand actions. The role requires availability from 2:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
