Job summary

Walmart Canada in Oakville is hiring for a position focused on maintaining a clean and safe shopping and working environment through a structured cleaning program.

You will follow food safety standards, assist in inspecting equipment, and help ensure stores meet cold chain guidelines and in-store certification requirements.

• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assists in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
