Job summary

Walmart Canada in Napanee, ON invites dependable individuals to join our maintenance cleaning program. You will participate in routine cleaning across Fresh Departments, coolers, freezers and displays, while helping control expenses and uphold a safe shopping and working environment.

The role requires attention to Food Safety standards, cooperation with store teams, and completion of in-store certification programs.

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
