Job summary

Walmart Canada in Quebec City is seeking an OMNI Associate to support leadership in the OMNI area, ensuring customer service excellence and efficient task completion in store operations.

You will greet customers, promote products, coordinate daily activities, monitor displays, assist with scheduling, and participate in training while maintaining a safe, clean work environment in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner and assisting with products and purchases.
• Assist in directing and coordinating tasks as per priorities from store management.
• Assess the overall presentation of the OMNI area and note deficiencies for corrective action.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
• Support with scheduling as needed.
• Review and act on opportunities on key OMNI metrics (Presubs, FTPR, CSAT).
• Participate in training and development of OMNI Associates and provide feedback.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment following company policy.

Position Summary...

To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion.

What You&apost;ll Do...

• Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Job Responsibility #3 Assesses the overall presentation of OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
• Job Responsibility #4 Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
• Job Responsibility #5 Support with scheduling as needed.
• Job Responsibility #6 Review, follow-up and action any opportunities on key OMNI metrics - Presubs, FTPR, CSAT etc.
• Job Responsibility #7 Participates in the training and development of the OMNI Associates , and provides feedback as needed.
• Job Responsibility #8 Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of Spark App Checklists and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $21.85.
