Job summary

Walmart Canada in St. John’s, NL is seeking an Associate Manager to lead General Merchandise and Fashion departments. You will partner with the GM and Fashion Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring task completion and proper merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include directing daily tasks, coordinating scheduling, training associates, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Minimum age 16+, compensation starts at CAD 19.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Monitor department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
