Walmart Canada in Sorel-Tracy, QC is seeking an overnight stocking supervisor to lead the team, coordinate tasks, and respond to issues, while training associates on processes. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to store policies.

Responsabilités

• Assists in providing direction and coordination of task completion as per priorities from the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management.
• Assesses overall presentation of store departments and appearance, notes deficiencies, and implements merchandising changes.
• Leads daily Team Huddle at start of shift; provides updates, sets goals, and tracks productivity.
• Ensures high-ticket merchandise is secured; secures doors and lockups; completes daily audits.
• Reviews completed schedules with People Lead; identifies training opportunities.
• Tours areas with Coach and team to identify training opportunities and provide feedback.
• Contributes to a safe, clean, hazard-free environment; follows policy and safety logs; ensures displays/fixtures are secure.
• Completes GTA/Workday tasks and supports Management.
• Supports performance and growth conversations; assists recruiting and hiring new associates.

Position Summary...Assists in the leadership of the overnight stocking teams and department processes, respond to problems and inquiries and develop associates through teaching and training.Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the salesfloor as required.What you'll do...1. Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise Coach and the Store Management Team.2. Assesses the overall presentation of store departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.3. Ensures strong communication with associates, leads the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift and provide the team with updates, set goals, and track productivity.4. Ensuring all high ticket merchandise is secured, all doors and lockups are secured when not in use and completing daily audits as per program.5. Review completed schedules with People Lead. 6. Tours assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate and identify training opportunities. Develops associates through teaching and training and provides feedback as needed.7. Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.8. Complete GTA/Workday tasks and supports Management9. Partner with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for Associates.
