Responsibilities

• Follow cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature recording and expiration date procedures.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Prepare bakery merchandise by thawing and baking per guidelines to ensure quality and appearance.
• Ensure displays are secured and safe.
