Aramark is seeking a Team Lead for the Retail Dining team at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. You will float between Tim Horton’s and Starbucks on campus, overseeing opening and guiding two locations while supporting team members during rush periods.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, workflow oversight, staff guidance, and maintaining high standards of guest service, safety, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality leadership or as a supervisor/break-in role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, courteous service to all guests.
• Oversee operations and workflow in absence of a Supervisor/Manager.
• Train and develop team members as required.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and opening/closing of outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to standards.
