Aramark at Saint Mary's University is seeking a Tim Hortons Supervisor to manage daily campus operations, lead a fast-paced team, and uphold brand standards. You will drive sales, control inventory, and ensure food safety while fostering a positive work culture.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in food service, and a flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekends. This is a contract position with potential for permanence within or beyond Aramark.

Formación

• 3+ years' leadership experience required.
• 1+ years' food services experience required.
• Experience with Starbucks or similar is an asset.
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Strong organizational and team-building skills; ability to coach and motivate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: Run shifts prioritizing safety, efficiency and service.
• Team Coaching & Development: Mentor and support team members with real-time feedback.
• Inventory & Financial Control: Monitor stock, assist orders, manage cash handling.
• Quality & Standards: Ensure items meet Tim Horton's health and safety guidelines.
• Administrative Support: Aid management with checklists, logs, and daily sales tracking.
• Guest Experience: Resolve inquiries and deliver fast, friendly service during peak times.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Enforce HACCP/WHMIS and provincial food regs; conduct checks.
