Aramark on Saint Mary’s University campus seeks a Team Lead to supervise operations across Tim Hortons and Starbucks locations. You’ll open each site, guide teams, and support rush periods while maintaining a collaborative, productive environment.

You will oversee service quality, train staff, and ensure adherence to safety, cash handling, and POS procedures in a unionized setting. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality is required.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role, either as an individual contributor or people manager.
• Experience with POS systems and cash control procedures.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Oversee workflow and guide team members across two on-campus locations.
• Open and close locations; ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train and develop staff; support rush periods.
• Handle customer service issues and uphold standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and periodic audits.
