Aramark is hiring a Starbucks Supervisor on the Saint Mary's University campus. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, and ensure safe, fast, high-quality service in a busy retail environment connected to a major campus location.

You’ll work with a retail management team, assist with inventory, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This contract could lead to a permanent role, with benefits and development opportunities.

Competenze

• 3+ years' leadership experience
• 1+ years' food services experience
• Experience with Starbucks or similar franchise is an asset
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards is an asset
• Strong organizational and team-building skills; ability to coach and motivate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Flexible schedule with evening, weekend, and/or holiday work may be required

Mansioni

• Lead shifts to ensure safety, efficiency and top customer service.
• Coach and develop team members; provide real-time feedback.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, minimize waste, and handle cash procedures.
• Ensure all beverages and food items meet Starbucks standards and safety guidelines.
• Provide administrative support and track daily sales; resolve guest inquiries promptly.
• Enforce food safety and sanitation protocols daily.
