Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Intramurals and Recreation, this position plans, implements, and evaluates programs, oversees staff, manages budgets, and supports marketing, enrollment, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum five years of related experience recommended.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day operations of UBC Camps and programming.
• Plans, implements and evaluates camp programs for youth.
• Oversees camp staff and budgets; ensures safety and customer service.
