Job summary

Covenant House Toronto is seeking a Stewardship Lead to design and deliver an exceptional donor experience as part of a $150M campaign, overseeing stewardship for gifts of $25,000+ and ensuring personalized donor journeys.

As an early campaign team member, you will shape stewardship strategies, recognition programs, reporting frameworks, and engagement opportunities across the organization, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive stewardship and donor relations experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Experience with donor databases and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee stewardship strategy and donor experience for $25,000+ gifts.
• Create donor recognition programs, including naming opportunities and donor walls.
• Design meaningful donor engagement opportunities with frontline fundraisers.
• Partner to deliver donor impact reporting and stewardship communications.
• Maintain stewardship systems, workflows, and documentation; monitor performance.
