Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily kitchen operations at our Port-Cartier camp. You will manage staff, ensure food safety compliance, and drive quality service for clients while supporting program standards.

You will oversee training, menu planning, and stock, with a 14-day on/14-day off rotation and camp-provided meals and accommodation. A strong focus on safety and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Leads kitchen operations and staff efficiently.
• Strong in English communication with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations to high standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning within budgeted margins and ensure quality presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control and service.
• Manage supplier orders and deliveries, ensuring quality.
• Ensure HACCP procedures and records are properly implemented and maintained.
• Contribute to stock control, staff training, kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with Head Chef on hazard reviews and maintain clear communication with staff and clients.
• Uphold dress code and assist with related kitchen tasks.
