Artemis Gold Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Parts Coordinator at the Blackwater Mine site. The role ensures timely pickup, delivery, and distribution of parts and materials for maintenance to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.

The position requires at least 2+ years in parts coordination or related roles, with proficiency in ERP/Purchasing software and strong organizational skills. Work is on site in a remote mining camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.

• Experience in inventory control and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with ERP/purchasing software and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Transport urgent parts to support maintenance activities.
• Receive, verify, and organize maintenance materials.
• Track and expedite backordered parts to meet needs.
• Source parts from approved vendors and obtain pricing.
• Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and inventory docs.
• Collaborate with technicians to identify parts requirements.
• Maintain materials control with proper documentation.
• Inspect materials for damage and verify quantities.
• Lift/move up to 50lbs; operate in 12-hour shifts.
