Artemis Gold Inc. is seeking a Fixed Plant Reliability Technician for the Blackwater Mine Site. The role focuses on ensuring reliability and performance of crushers, mills, conveyors, and processing equipment through data-driven strategies.

The successful candidate will conduct root cause analyses, improve preventive maintenance, and oversee condition monitoring to reduce downtime and extend asset life. Rotation is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Red Seal trade certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance and reliability experience in a mining environment.
• Strong knowledge of reliability methods (RCM, FMEA, RCA) and condition monitoring.
• Proven capability in reliability/maintenance performance analysis (MTBF/MTTR, downtime).
• Preferred training: VCAT-I/II, MLT1, UT, MT, or Thermography.
• Ability to interpret data to drive improvements for fixed plant operations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for fixed plant equipment (crushers, mills, conveyors).
• Conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures using data analytics and field observations.
• Improve preventive maintenance, task effectiveness, and asset reliability; oversee condition monitoring programs.
• Analyze availability losses and downtime; generate reports on reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to propose plant improvement projects for management review.
• May be required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance for PPE, as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
