Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. is seeking a part-time Call Centre Representative in Toronto to deliver exceptional reservations and fan services. You will manage reservations for multiple venues, handle high-volume calls, and coordinate with internal teams

The role requires excellent communication, a team-focused attitude, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salesforce experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Call Centre experience is an asset, but not required.
• 1+ year in customer service.
• Salesforce knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Book reservations for Clubs and restaurants via Phone and e-mail using our reservation systems Sevenrooms and Opentable.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for Restaurants and Guest Services.
• Input events and TV schedules into Sevenrooms notes across all restaurants.
• Oversee both Dining inbox and Fan Services inbox.
• Book accessible parking for event days at Scotiabank Arena.
• Create daily reports for internal restaurant teams.
• Input restaurant upsells into Sevenrooms.
• Connect with internal departments regarding guest inquiries/reservations.
• Manage Lost and Found across our venues.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed).
• Other office duties that may arise.
