Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Call Centre Representative for Reservations and Fan Services. You will help deliver exceptional service to fans and guests by handling reservations, inquiries, and related tasks.

You will manage high-volume calls, input events in Sevenrooms and OpenTable, and collaborate with internal teams. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected, with a starting wage of $21.01 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• Call Centre experience is an asset, but not required.
• Energetic, personable, and a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Book reservations for clubs and restaurants via phone and e-mail.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for Restaurants and Guest Services.
• Input events and TV schedules into Sevenrooms notes.
• Create daily reports for internal restaurant teams.
• Manage Lost and Found across venues.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
