Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is seeking a Call Centre Representative for Reservations and Fan Services in Toronto. You will deliver exceptional service to fans and guests, booking reservations across Real Sports, E11even, ScotiaClub, and more, using Sevenrooms and OpenTable.

You will handle busy calls, manage dining and fan-service inboxes, and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires 1+ year in customer service with a strong ability to multi-task and communicate

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• Call centre experience is an asset.
• Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Book reservations for Clubs and restaurants via Phone and e-mail using reservation systems Sevenrooms and OpenTable.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for Restaurants and Guest Services.
• Input events and TV schedules into Sevenrooms notes across all restaurants.
• Oversee both Dining inbox and Fan Services inbox.
• Book accessible parking for event days at Scotiabank Arena.
• Create daily reports for internal restaurant teams.
• Input restaurant upsells into Sevenrooms.
• Connect with internal departments regarding guest inquiries/reservations.
• Manage Lost and Found across our venues.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Other office duties as needed.

Job Description

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate:
