This on-site role leads front‑of‑house operations, coaches supervisors, manages inventory, and ensures service quality, safety, and profitability. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hospitality/events, strong cross‑functional collaboration, solid MS Office skills, and knowledge of sponsorship/finance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, events and/or experiential marketing.
• Strong track record of collaborating with cross functional partners.
• Strong understanding of sponsorship and financial reporting.
• Outstanding communicator, both written and verbal.
