Job summary

Power to Change's Athletes in Action - Calgary HUB Director role supports the Regional Director in implementing Action Camps, Action Clubs, and other youth sports initiatives in Calgary and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with churches, clubs, and coaches while providing administrative support to run programs effectively.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent (preferred, not required).
• Ministry experience in church, para-church and/or sports ministry (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing schedules for Action Camps and track partnerships with churches and organizations.
• Coordinate with the Regional Director to run camps and clubs programs.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring coaches annually.
• Increase awareness and engagement with AIA and partners through events and outreach.
• Help initiate fundraising opportunities in the Calgary region to support programs.
• Attend staff conferences, summits, and regional trainings; visit camps weekly.
