Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced events and operations professional to plan, coordinate and deliver internal, client-facing and market events across Calgary and Vancouver. The role requires managing budgets, vendors and post-event activities, while aligning with local market priorities and digital/branding standards.

The successful candidate will travel between Calgary and Vancouver to support planning meetings and on-site execution, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 5+ years of events and operations experience.
• Experience delivering both internal and external/client-facing events.
• Budgeting, vendor management and financial reporting experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Calgary and Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support internal, client-facing and market events across the Calgary and Vancouver offices.
• Manage budgets, invites, registrations, catering and post-event feedback.
• Coordinate with partners and teams to ensure on-brand events.
• Track budgets, POs, invoices and financial reporting for events.
• Provide tools, templates and playbooks to improve event operations.
