Job summary

Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) is offering a student IT/IS internship in Calgary, AB. The role provides hands-on experience supporting incident and application issues, AV/meeting room support, and knowledge-base contributions.

You’ll work with Windows 11, Citrix, Office 365, Remedy, and entry‑level power BI/SQL tools. The program runs for 12 months with a mix of part‑time and full‑time weeks, fostering learning and career development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in 2nd–4th year of an Information Systems diploma/degree.
• Experience with Windows 11, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, printers, scanners, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Remedy or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong writing and documentation skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident and application support, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Engage with customers and IS teams, showcasing strong communication and collaboration.
• Assist IS projects with testing, documentation, or deployment tasks.
• Support meeting rooms and specialized rooms with AV and conferencing tech.
• Contribute to the knowledge base with clear, concise documentation.
• Assist mobile devices (Android/iPhone) and MDM tools.
• Manage printer fleets, drivers, firmware, and asset tracking.
