Job summary

Procom is seeking an experienced Planner/Scheduler to support capital projects in Calgary. The role involves developing and maintaining integrated schedules, applying CPM techniques, and coordinating with engineering, construction, cost, estimating, and finance teams onsite.

Responsibilities include onboarding contractors, setting up field progress systems, presenting schedules, and performing month-end reporting with variance analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct project controls experience in oil and gas construction.
• Planning/scheduling experience in a mega-project environment.
• Experience with change management, field progress systems and contractor performance management.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 (v7 or v8).
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze integrated project schedules with WBS, work packages, calendars and resources.
• Apply critical path method techniques and assess schedule impact of change notices and scope changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, cost, estimating, supply chain and finance teams.
