Aramark Canada is seeking a Café Manager to oversee daily front of house operations in a high-traffic cafeteria serving families, tour groups, and staff. You will lead the team, uphold service standards, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining food safety, managing guest experiences, tracking performance, and supporting cost controls while delivering on client expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of food service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior supervisory or management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, customers, and internal departments.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
