Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or culinary industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate catering services and special events.
• Communicate client needs with the kitchen and attend weekly meetings.
• Guide, train, and support service employees while ensuring safety.
• Monitor food and labor costs and support profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, billing, and operational reports.
