Job summary

Engineering Search Firm is seeking a CADM Analyst in Canada to maintain accurate product data across ERP and PDM, coordinate engineering changes, and drive process improvements. You will work with engineering, sales, production, procurement, quality, and finance teams to ensure BOM integrity and efficient operations.

The role requires strong data management skills, experience with ERP/PDM systems, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Background in engineering, data management, ERP systems, and product documentation.
Ability to learn engineering processes and tools (PDM, ERP, engineering change, CRM).
Experience creating and updating BOMs and managing BOM data across facilities.
Strong attention to detail with BOM entries and revision levels.
Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign engineering support cases in Salesforce with timely resolution.
Generate and control part numbers and manage related data.
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and work orders in ERP.
Review drawings and change orders to maintain BOM integrity and compliance.
Coordinate ECR/ECN processes across PDM, ERP, and CRM systems.
Support EPDM setup, configuration, testing, and training.
Generate KPI reports and dashboards; support product rationalization.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional meetings.
