Job summary

AAA Canada is seeking a Project Analyst to support the management of manufacturing signals in an aeronautical environment. You will handle data tracking, impact analysis, process optimization and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure information reliability and deadlines.

You will ensure signal integrity across ERP, planning, purchasing and engineering, perform impact assessments of date changes, and contribute to continuous improvement by automating queries and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or administration.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rigorous integration and updating of manufacturing signals in systems.
• Validate data accuracy and correct discrepancies at the source.
• Maintain data consistency across ERP, planning, purchasing and engineering.
• Analyze date changes’ impact on production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with planners to provide data-driven prioritization recommendations.
• Manage BOM signals, project realignments and ECN integration.
• Support standardization and automation of data flows.
